'Umu' is traditionally eaten on Sundays. Prepared before church and ready after the service for whoever turns up... There is always plenty!!  Tinned corned beef wrapped in taro leaves with coconut milk and cooked in the ground... Hmm an acquired taste. The leaves are nice so we've been using them like one would spinach.
