Sun doesn’t’ always shine in paradise!

Easter Saturday 30 March
Not quite a full moon on our first night… But divine silvery reflections on the water… Sleeping to the sounds of NO ROOSTERS or DOGS BARKING but the melodic lapping of the waves hitting the shoreline about 20 metres from our vale completed the perfect day… Until a storm struck sometime in the early hours. The showers have continued but I guess that is why it is so lush and green! Kotoni said lucky it is raining as if we went swimming we could get wet allover again! (yes his swimmers are having to be hung out to dry… incredible but true!)
Never mind we are consoling ourselves by having a massage and pedicure instead and reading our books in our little cottage enjoying the gentle pitter patter of ‘precipitation’ (sound better than plain old rain!)
Chicken, salad and yummy breadfruit chips for lunch today overlooking the tide receding and our table from last night being drenched… See image above!
Fish and sweet potato curry before retiring early as Gord has a wee cold.
Had a very quick visual exchange with Maureen in Sydney and Mum in the Blue Mountains as well but too difficult for much sound so conversations were very limited… First world internet problems!!! Nice to feel connected even if fleeting!
