Barefooting in Burma

In Myanmar, it is customary to remove one’s shoes before going inside a home or workplace.

Visiting the Yangon-based Australian Volunteer International office building for Day 1 of our two-week in-country orientation, meant embracing this custom…

I will now certainly need to get a pedicure!!!

Spotted your feet straight away..looks like you arrived with a pedicure. Red always suits you..if you can’t wear shoes, wear colour! Look forward to hearing about where those feet lead us, during your orientation…

  2. Those that are socked could not be Gordon’s as his are always odd…. or non-pairs.
