Extra English Experiences

As part of my Australian Volunteer Program assignment, I have been thinking a lot about how to give Sanon Training Restaurant students extra interactions with a diversity of English speakers (in a safe environment).

I’m pleased to say my first short term volunteer Barbora from the Czech Republic started yesterday.

She spent an hour in the restaurant working with students on some simple activities aimed at building their English speaking confidence. Both she and her two students enjoyed it! So off to a good start.

I have two balloon pilots wives starting next week – one Canadian and one Romanian!

This mix of accents will be great for students.
